Responsibilities
- Provision and configure cloud tenants across QAD’s Adaptive ERP suite, Champion AI, Integration Platform, Advanced Scheduling, and Process Intelligence.
- Perform ordered-versus-built reconciliation, BOM verification, and exception logging in JIRA within the 21-day SLA.
- Complete pre-live operability checks, handover checklists, and customer acceptance documentation.
- Support senior Cloud Solution Architects with design-phase documentation, Solution Design app entries, portfolio compatibility checks, and BOM preparation.
- Develop expertise in QAD Adaptive ERP, QAD Integration Platform, and supply chain integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
- A minimum of five years of experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise ERP delivery, systems configuration, or technical pre-sales; candidates outside this range with demonstrated capability may be considered.
- Familiarity with QAD Adaptive ERP or an equivalent enterprise ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, tenant provisioning, environment configuration, networking fundamentals, and AWS.
- Exposure to enterprise integration and supply chain application connectivity, including EDI, WMS, PLM, Boomi, or MuleSoft, is advantageous.
- Structured, detail-oriented delivery approach and clear written and spoken English for asynchronous collaboration across a globally distributed team.
