Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Coupa Risk Assess workflows, reports, and configuration changes.
- Understand business requirements and support the design and deployment of Coupa Risk Assess solutions.
- Investigate and resolve incidents escalated to development or L3 support within defined SLAs.
- Perform Coupa release testing, report issues, and resolve problems.
- Review solution feasibility and functional fit against organizational standards and best practices.
- Work with architects, platform owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support delivery.
- Create and maintain configuration workbooks, operating principles, and maintenance documentation.
- Suggest process improvements based on application capabilities and industry best practices.
Requirements
- At least five years of total professional experience.
- At least three years of experience in software configuration or support engineering, especially Coupa Risk Assess implementation.
- At least two years of workflow configuration experience in Coupa or similar products.
- Experience with DBMS concepts and designing reports in Coupa Risk Assess.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT-related discipline, or equivalent work experience or diploma.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, customer-focus, and resolution-management skills.
- Experience with vendor risk management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SFTP and Unix is advantageous.
- Coupa certification is advantageous.
