Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Own ETL pipelines, data mappings, transformations, validations, reconciliations, and secure file transmissions between Workday, payroll systems, and vendor applications.
- Author and maintain JCL jobs, monitor mainframe batch execution, handle failures, and optimize performance when needed.
- Govern assigned applications, including certificate renewals, vulnerability remediation, audit response, security controls, and access management coordination.
- Use Dynatrace and BigPanda for monitoring, alerting, dashboards, anomaly detection, incident prevention, and reducing MTTR.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, document solutions, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering standards.
- Coordinate integration and enhancement delivery with technology teams, vendors, and business partners using Jira and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or integration engineering experience with production integrations and ETL processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors, plus Workday troubleshooting and coding.
- Proficiency in ETL design and implementation, data modeling, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience with Dynatrace and/or BigPanda, alerting, dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, and incident response.
- Working knowledge of access management, data security, encryption, and secure file transfers.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Agile delivery processes, documentation, and communication.
- Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Workday certifications, Oracle and SQL experience, vendor HR systems knowledge, and JCL/mainframe batch-processing experience.
