Base Salary
$115k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Enable development teams to own their systems and deliver high-impact products.
- Partner with SRE and security teams to help developers build resilient and secure applications.
- Participate in on-call and incident management under a you-build-it-you-run-it model.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing systems in AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker or ECS.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language: Python, Go, or Bash.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Windows systems, .NET applications, serverless architectures, advanced cloud networking, or compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or ISO 27001 is advantageous but not essential.
Benefits
- Base salary of $115,000-$135,000 per year plus stock options.
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring in-person work three days per week.
- Role must be based within commuting distance of a Perk hub, with relocation assistance available for certain roles.
