Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity architecture and design efforts for federal networks and complex customer environments.
- Develop secure network and systems designs that reduce attack surfaces and balance security with mission requirements.
- Lead technical project delivery, product selection, and implementation planning for cybersecurity capabilities.
- Guide senior leaders, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and executives, in cybersecurity capability maturation.
- Develop solutions involving IoT and cloud security, automation and orchestration, identity and access management, machine learning, zero trust, and network access control.
- Collaborate with project and proposal teams and author technical documentation, white papers, and blogs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience.
- 5+ years leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations.
- 5+ years of network architecture and design experience.
- Experience leading product selection initiatives involving perimeter defense, zero trust, automation and orchestration, AI, analytics, secure DevOps, identity and access management, or network access control.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph examination.
- Associate’s degree and 10+ years, bachelor’s degree and 8+ years, master’s degree and 6+ years, or 12+ years of IT project and activity experience in lieu of a degree.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level III and IASAE Level II certification, such as SecurityX or CISSP.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 CSSP-IS certification within 30 days of starting, including CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND.
- Preferred: experience in cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering leadership; security tool selection and implementation; AI, machine learning, NGFW, and big data; Zero Trust architecture aligned with NIST 800-207 and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture; AWS, Azure, or GCP; and technical documentation and proposal development.
