Responsibilities
- Design, implement, document, and optimize system infrastructure requirements and architectures for application systems.
- Support IT project managers as the infrastructure and application-environment SME across non-production, UAT, production, and disaster-recovery environments.
- Transfer project knowledge to production-support teams following application rollout.
- Manage mobile application development and test environments and coordinate releases to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Assess CIAM integration solution architectures, including SSO, OAuth, and OIDC integrations.
- Configure Nomura TOM observability and monitoring for proactive system-health and log monitoring and alerting.
- Plan and schedule system technology-obsolescence activities.
- Provide project management for major initiatives and tasks when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or banking, or equivalent working experience.
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in technology.
- Experience implementing system hardware deployments and understanding system environments and network topology, including cyber-risk considerations.
- Experience with CIAM integrations involving SSO, OAuth, and OIDC standards.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana or Splunk.
- Project management experience and understanding of the financial banking industry, particularly wealth management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, prioritize under stress, and communicate effectively across levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, reliability, and teamwork skills.
