Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Lead technical strategies, solve complex problems, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
- Mentor team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data management and integration techniques.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and software development best practices.
- Skill in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative software development environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
