Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure software scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to cross-team technical decisions.
- Provide practical solutions to problems across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in development processes and project outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software architectures is required.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and development best practices is required.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and tools are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
