Base Salary
$117k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to design solutions for small to medium projects.
- Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop action plans.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions, write code, and conduct unit testing.
- Provide technical guidance to business users and resolve implementation challenges.
- Lead and mentor small engineering groups, including offshore associates.
- Develop automation scripts for CI/CD and implement telemetry features for system monitoring.
- Follow security policies and coding standards throughout development.
Requirements
- Expertise in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience with API design, platform development, and component services.
- Experience with iterative development, continuous integration, and delivery practices.
- Proficiency in debugging, problem solving, and delivering scoped features or models.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, and automation tools.
- Ability to lead small engineering groups and provide technical guidance.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including generative artificial intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus two years of software engineering experience, or four years of software engineering experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
