Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize INFOR applications and modules based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain INFOR integrations with third-party systems using APIs, ION, and middleware tools.
- Develop scripts, workflows, and reports using INFOR development tools such as 4GL, ION, and Birst.
- Configure and extend ERP modules supporting finance, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and related processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Support upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments with minimal disruption to client operations.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to an audit-ready standard.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing on ERP platforms.
- Experience with enterprise system integrations, APIs, and middleware.
- Solid understanding of core ERP business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work within defined standards and SLAs.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing collaboration.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with other major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo is also considered.
