Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers across the US and Europe to understand their technical and business challenges.
- Build, customize, and deploy solutions using Emergent’s AI-powered platform.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on production-grade applications.
- Debug complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes.
- Identify recurring customer problems and convert them into scalable product and process improvements.
- Own projects end to end, from requirements understanding through deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering or technical problem-solving experience.
- Experience building and deploying web applications or software products.
- Comfort with APIs, databases, debugging, and integrations.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across the stack.
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations with strong ownership.
- Ability to move quickly, experiment, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience with AI/LLM-based tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US and European time zones.
