Responsibilities
- Write and ship production-grade code for voice AI systems.
- Own deployments end-to-end, leading discovery, architecture, implementation, and rollout.
- Drive progress in ambiguous situations and move projects forward.
- Deploy across cloud, VPC, and on-prem environments while managing security and compliance.
- Diagnose and resolve integration failures and performance bottlenecks.
- Identify new use cases and prototype solutions to enhance customer value.
- Surface recurring patterns to influence engineering and product roadmaps.
- Transform one-off solutions into repeatable playbooks and reference architectures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and operating production software systems.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals with a track record of reliable systems.
- Experience integrating APIs and distributed services into real-world infrastructure.
- Comfort operating across cloud and containerized environments like AWS and GCP.
- Ability to navigate enterprise constraints such as authentication and security reviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and high ownership.
- Clear communication skills for engaging with senior technical stakeholders.
