Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end build of customer voicebots, including estimates, delivery schedules, solution design, integrations, and go-live.
Run customer requirements and design sessions, translate needs into workable solutions, present pilot results, address technical objections, and drive user acceptance testing.
Design prompt architectures covering personas, guardrails, escalation paths, language switching, and failure behavior.
Improve bot quality through retrieval, prompt optimization, evaluation against test sets, and tuning for accuracy and latency.
Build reusable integrations with ticketing, CRM, marketing automation, deflection, and contact center systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and token-based authentication.
Debug across telephony, speech recognition, speech synthesis, and customer technology stacks.
Propose product improvements supported by customer impact and business cases.

2.5 to 5 years of experience in delivery, solutions, or forward-deployed engineering.
Demonstrated ownership of a customer-facing technical project from start to finish.
Hands-on coding experience in Python and/or JavaScript or TypeScript.
Practical experience building on LLMs, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, or guardrails.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API authentication, plus customer communication-stack integrations.
Working understanding of IVR, SIP or VoIP, speech recognition, and speech synthesis.
Ability to present to customers, defend technical designs, manage scope, and communicate clearly in writing.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent computer-related degree.
Experience with LLM application or agent frameworks, contact center or customer engagement platforms, cloud platforms, or speech recognition and synthesis tuning is preferred.
