Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, evaluate, tune, validate, and monitor machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, clustering, recommendation, anomaly detection, and optimization.
  • Build reusable and scalable ML pipelines and deep learning solutions using modern neural network architectures.
  • Develop generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, orchestration, function calling, agents, workflows, and fine-tuning where appropriate.
  • Create evaluation frameworks and production guardrails for LLM applications, covering response quality, hallucination, groundedness, relevance, latency, and cost.
  • Develop and deploy computer vision solutions for classification, detection, segmentation, OCR, document understanding, visual inspection, defect detection, and recognition.
  • Solve supply-chain and operations problems including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, logistics analytics, ETA prediction, warehouse analytics, and supplier risk.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models through APIs, batch pipelines, or real-time inference services.
  • Apply software engineering practices including modular development, version control, testing, documentation, and code reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Approximately 4–7 years of relevant industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
  • Strong Python programming, SQL, data manipulation, statistical modeling, feature engineering, model evaluation, and end-to-end ML solution development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with traditional machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, computer vision, or advanced deep learning, with the ability to work across these areas.
  • Experience taking ML models beyond proof of concept into production or business adoption.
  • Practical experience with at least one of Generative AI, Computer Vision, or advanced Deep Learning.
  • Ability to select appropriate statistical, traditional ML, deep learning, computer vision, or GenAI approaches for business problems.
  • Preferred experience includes supply chain, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, logistics, operations, production-grade RAG or enterprise GenAI, multimodal AI, optimization, large-scale forecasting, responsible AI, explainability, privacy, and AI governance.
  • Experience with MLOps technologies such as Docker, CI/CD, MLflow, or Kubernetes is desirable.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Spark, or Snowflake is advantageous.
