Responsibilities
- Act as a subject-matter expert for Agentforce-based implementations.
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Configure agent workflows, prompts, intents, and orchestration logic.
- Guide team members on Agentforce implementation approaches and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Review agent configurations and supporting Salesforce code.
- Translate business requirements into agent solutions with analysts and stakeholders.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external systems.
- Resolve technical issues related to agent behavior and performance.
- Participate in solution design and estimation activities.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Ensure deployed agents meet quality, scalability, security, and enterprise standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, with 5–7 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong Salesforce development experience and hands-on Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes experience are required.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, agent-based workflows, Salesforce governor limits, performance considerations, and scalable agent design is required.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations is required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Agentforce Specialist certification is mandatory or must be in progress.
- Salesforce AI Associate certification is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and ability to support multiple workstreams are required.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred or expected.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
