Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary technical point of contact for Agentforce implementations.
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Configure agent workflows, prompts, intents, and orchestration logic.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external systems.
- Review agent configurations and supporting Salesforce code for quality, scalability, security, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into agent solutions.
- Resolve technical challenges involving agent behavior and performance.
- Guide team members, coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, and support solution design and estimation.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing and enablement sessions on Agentforce features.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, with 5–7 years of Salesforce implementation experience preferred or expected.
- Strong Salesforce development experience and hands-on experience with Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, agent-based workflows, Salesforce governor limits, and performance considerations.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Ability to design maintainable and scalable agent solutions and provide technical leadership.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Agentforce Specialist certification is mandatory or may be in progress.
- Salesforce AI Associate certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and experience supporting multiple workstreams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
