  • Strong distributed-systems debugging ability across identity, networking, APIs, and runtime boundaries.
  • Hands-on production experience with at least one major public cloud, including IAM, networking, and secrets management.

  • Experience supporting other engineering teams as users of the work.
  • Ability to remove classes of recurring problems rather than resolving issues individually.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication.
  • Preferred experience includes OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token exchange, service principals, Kubernetes, container-based delivery, infrastructure as code, observability tooling, production alerting, and developer support, platform enablement, or SRE work.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to work across gateway, agent runtimes, MCP, identity, and cloud infrastructure.
