Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, highly available, and scalable payment solutions.
- Build services for delivery partner payment onboarding, contract configuration, payment computation, disbursement, approvals, visibility, and invoicing.
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand evolving requirements and deliver strong customer experiences.
- Maintain the team’s technical bar through code reviews and provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship.
- Build engineering processes and tools that improve team velocity and productivity.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
