Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate Lua code for accuracy, quality, performance, bugs, and best practices.
- Complete technical evaluations and Lua scripting tasks based on project requirements.
- Develop and modify Lua scripts and independently improve existing code.
- Use Roblox Studio and Roblox development environments where applicable.
- Provide technical feedback and code evaluations to support AI model training and high-quality training data.
- Follow detailed project guidelines and collaborate with the client's AI evaluation platform.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Lua, including scripting, debugging, and code optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Roblox Studio or developing applications or games on the Roblox platform.
- Strong understanding of data structures, functions, modular programming, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ability to independently review, analyze, and improve existing Lua code.
- Professional working proficiency in English with strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed technical instructions.
- Experience developing Roblox games or interactive experiences, code review, technical quality assurance, software testing, AI, machine learning, or code evaluation is preferred.
Benefits
- Fully remote, project-based work.
- Expected workload of 10–39 hours per week, with volume subject to fluctuation.
- Up to $60 per hour depending on project availability.

- Upwork contract offer and onboarding instructions for qualified candidates.
- Paid technical evaluation of approximately 2–3 hours, with approved evaluations receiving $150.
