Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary US technical contact for Credit Analytics Performance application support.
- Provide L2 application support for high-volume intraday operations and perform or escalate to L3 support as needed.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end data flows and resolve application bugs, performance issues, and operational incidents.
- Develop code for portal application enhancements and support day-to-day operations of portfolio management portals.
- Collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, business stakeholders, analysts, and application product and engineering teams.
- Prepare technical design documents and document current-state and strategic end-to-end workflows.
- Support migration of applications from on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments.
- Coordinate integration testing, UAT, build, and deployment activities across multiple applications.
- Provide technical estimates to Project Managers and Cloud Development Managers for deployment milestone planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years of professional application support experience required; 7 or more years preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Snowflake experience required.
- At least 5 years of hands-on AWS experience required.
- Experience working within a trading environment required.
- Experience with one or more of WSO Web, FactSet, Bloomberg PORT, or CRD required.
- Preferred experience includes collateralized loan obligations or leveraged loans.
- Preferred knowledge includes compute, storage, networking, Linux, Azure AD, NAS, AWS security, cloud-native architecture, AWS PaaS/SaaS, serverless systems, Lambda, API Gateway, AngularJS, or React.
- Preferred AWS security experience includes compliance, cloud security architecture, encryption, KMS, CloudHSM, PRISM Alerts, and IAM.
