Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of software applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related activities and coordinate efforts across teams.
- Gather and analyze requirements for software customization with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Configure and customize transportation management applications to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the BlueYonder Transportation Management environment.
- Evaluate and improve existing software solutions for performance and user experience.
- Work independently toward subject-matter-expert status and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members in developing their technical skills.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project goals and timelines.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards while adapting to changing project demands.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to transportation management systems.
- Experience configuring and customizing transportation management applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting transportation management systems with other enterprise applications.
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket is preferred.
