Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain scalable software components and applications using Pega Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including integration-related problems.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Work independently toward becoming a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and guide junior team members in their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
