Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement workflow automation using Camunda BPM and business process management tools.
- Integrate BPM solutions with enterprise systems and optimize process models for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Troubleshoot software and process models to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Work independently, contribute to technical discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Camunda BPM.
- Proficiency in Camunda BPM and experience designing and implementing workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize process models.
- Familiarity with integrating BPM solutions with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
