Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance Salesforce applications for specific business processes and application needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document technical specifications and application workflows for maintenance and future enhancements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Salesforce environments and support integrations with external systems.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to functionality and user satisfaction.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize Salesforce applications for complex business requirements.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Salesforce with external systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Salesforce Omnistudio Platform experience is preferred.
