Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance applications tailored to business processes and organizational needs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure application quality, performance, scalability, and integration through testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Document application design and configuration processes clearly and comprehensively.
- Participate in team discussions, independently resolve work-related problems, and contribute as a subject matter expert.
- Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and problem-solving assistance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with application integration methods and tools.
- Experience optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
