About Dimagi

51-200 employees

Dimagi is a global social enterprise powering impactful frontline work through scalable digital solutions and services. Since 2002, we've been guided by a vision of a world where everyone has access to the services they need to thrive. Today, that mission comes to life with three products: CommCare: The most widely-deployed digital platform for frontline work. Organizations across 130+ countries build powerful no-code apps for frontline teams, from data collection to complex case management. Connect: A global platform for funding verified service delivery. Funders invest in proven interventions delivered by a growing network of trusted local organizations, so every frontline worker is paid for their impact and every dollar is tied to a result. SureAdhere: Person-centered virtual care for treatment adherence, combining video-observed therapy with continuous patient support to improve outcomes in TB, infectious disease, and clinical trials. Through Dimagi Labs, we're also building Open Chat Studio, an open-source platform for responsibly building and deploying AI chatbots in low-resource, multilingual, and frontline settings. Our platforms are backed by 100+ peer-reviewed studies, trusted by governments at national scale, and used every day by hundreds of paying organizations worldwide. When historic funding cuts reshaped global development, we didn't wait for the next grant cycle. We rebuilt around radical simplicity, affordability, and AI. The problems didn't go away when the funding did — and neither will we. Dimagi is a certified B Corporation with teams in the United States, India, South Africa, and around the world.
