Responsibilities
- Execute and improve automation workflows using AI tools and scripting.
- Create and maintain structured knowledge content for AI-assisted workflows.
- Triage and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Investigate problems and drive root cause resolution.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and implement improvements.
- Design AI-assisted support experiences and response templates.
- Track recurring issues and identify automation opportunities.
- Contribute to internal tooling and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience building solutions using modern frameworks and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and tools such as GitHub.
- Comfortable using command-line tools and debugging issues.
- Experience with issue tracking systems like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios.
