Base Salary
$182k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives to support multiple customer opportunities.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, and technical validation.
- Present effective demonstrations highlighting Webflow's benefits.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials as needed.
- Influence product direction by representing customer voice.
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow's mission.
- Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in web development.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Consultative approach with a passion for solving customer problems.
- Strong storytelling skills in discovery and product demo sessions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to creatively problem solve and automate tasks with AI.
- Comfortable working autonomously and adapting to changing priorities.
