Responsibilities
- Build backend systems for consumer features like feeds and notifications.
- Ensure the codebase is reliable for both humans and automated agents.
- Own services, data flows, and APIs across the core product.
- Develop infrastructure prioritizing correctness and speed in financial systems.
- Enhance the development harness including CI, testing, and observability.
Requirements
- Proficient in TypeScript and relational databases.
- Experience with realtime transports and event-driven data flows.
- Ability to work in a strict monorepo with typed service boundaries.
- Strong communication skills for async updates and incident postmortems.
- Familiarity with tools like Claude Code or Codex for coding assistance.
