Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable systems for core product workflows.
- Ship high-quality code balancing speed and technical rigor.
- Identify and resolve system reliability risks, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Leverage AI to create intuitive experiences for clinicians and patients.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in high-quality environments.
- Experience building production systems end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Fluency in TypeScript and/or Python; experience with LLM-powered apps preferred.
- Comfortable with the software stack and learning new technologies.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to work in-person in NYC 5 days a week.
