Base Salary
$88k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop object-oriented embedded software in C/C++ within Linux environments.
- Develop, debug, and test embedded real-time software.
- Work with RTOS environments including VxWorks, Integrity, LynxOS, and Yocto Linux.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
- Develop systems for advanced missile defense spacecraft and interceptors.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and collaborate with engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1 year of professional experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience for Level 1.
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience for Level 2.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience, a Master's degree with 3 years, or a PhD with 1 year for Level 3.
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience, a Master's degree with 6 years, or a PhD with 4 years for Level 4.
- Active U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret security clearance that is current and within scope at the time of application.
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant engineering Master's or PhD, Top Secret clearance, and directly related Guidance Navigation and Control experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
