Responsibilities
- Define QA strategy based on risk and production insights.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Python/Java.
- Enhance automation suites with Robot Framework, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Drive shift-left testing across UI, API, and backend.
- Own regression cycles and ensure release quality.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and provide quality metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 12+ years of QA experience with a strong automation focus.
- Experience with Selenium, Robot Framework, and Python/Java.
- API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and strong communication skills.
- Balance of strategy and execution.
