Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build, ship, and test new applications on Coworker’s AI platform.
- Work deeply in AI systems while writing traditional application code.
- Guide early technical architecture decisions.
- Establish engineering culture and set a high standard for the team.
- Own new products from system design through implementation and deployment.
- Drive key business metrics and push the frontier of enterprise AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of professional development experience.
- Experience and desire to own products from zero to one, from system design through deployment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort using AI tools and workflows to improve development velocity is a nice-to-have.
- Ambition, excitement, autonomy, and willingness to work on large ambiguous problems.
