Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-facing features across the Vue frontend, backend services, and underlying data models.
- Design and document scalable API endpoints with pagination, filtering, and error handling.
- Use logging and metrics to monitor released features and address performance or reliability issues.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to evaluate the roadmap and deliver technical plans and shippable increments.
- Write unit and end-to-end tests, review code, improve maintainability, and reduce technical debt.
- Contribute to the shared component library and participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience building and shipping enterprise web applications.
- Proficiency in TypeScript with a modern component framework; Vue is preferred.
- Server-side development experience in an object-oriented language; Java with Spring Boot and TypeScript on Node.js are preferred.
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, SQL, and scalable query design.
- Experience writing automated tests for shipped code.
- Strong written communication skills for work in a distributed company.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, create simple technical designs, solve customer problems, and drive technical or process improvements.
