Responsibilities
- Implement low-code/no-code automation solutions and workflows to streamline manual processes.
- Design, build, maintain, test, and validate automated workflows, scripts, equipment, and digital process enhancements.
- Automate certificate lifecycle management, cybersecurity, compliance, reporting, documentation, and task-tracking processes.
- Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, and other workflow automation tools.
- Integrate automation with eMASS, Jira, SharePoint, and related systems.
- Develop proof-of-concept automation scripts, performance metrics, and dashboards.
- Document automated processes and equipment changes and provide technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities and train operations staff on automation use and maintenance.
- Use and administer automation tools and support testing, version control, and process validation.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required and travel up to 10%.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, IT, or a business-related program.
- At least 7 years of experience in automation development or systems integration.
- At least 5 years of experience with tools for testing and deployment.
- At least 5 years of scripting or programming experience with technologies such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Successful completion of background and drug screening.
- Proficiency with Power Platform, ServiceNow, or similar workflow automation tools.
- Experience with scripting, test automation, APIs, cloud technologies, data visualization, data management, data engineering, or data science.
- Familiarity with DoD tools, RMF artifacts, records management, governance standards, networking protocols, and operating systems.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Preferred experience includes Vantage or Gabriel Nimbus, DoD or federal programs, and testing frameworks.
- Preferred certifications include Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning, CompTIA Security+, CASP+, CISSP, or AWS Certified Security Specialty.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meet deadlines, meet clearance requirements, and travel up to 10%.
