Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate the development logic, schedule, consistency, and prioritization of Flight Software activities.
- Manage and coordinate the relationship with ESA on Flight Software-related topics.
- Coordinate Flight Software risk management, including identification, follow-up, and resolution of risks.
- Ensure the consistency, development, and maintenance of Flight Software development tools.
- Coordinate checkpoints and the definition and closure of requirements across Flight Software, other disciplines, and Mission Operations.
- Support hiring and coordinate finance, export control, and other operational tasks for the Flight Software organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in flight software development.
- Strong structured thinking and the ability to organize and manage complex topics.
- A strong get-things-done mindset.
- Ability to work effectively across different functional teams and disciplines.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
