Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs for business or user needs.
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support activities.
- Analyze complex application development problems and evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and provide application support.
- Define operating standards and processes and serve as an advisor or coach to junior analysts.
- Assess technology and business risks, support compliance, and escalate or report control issues appropriately.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment and autonomy.

- Annual salary range of $96,960.00–$145,440.00.
