Base Salary
$145k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software systems for automated testing of hardware components and spacecraft systems.
- Own UI and backend development for internal tools used in test infrastructure, manufacturing, and spacecraft operations.
- Develop automated production infrastructure using Python and full-stack tools.
- Collaborate with satellite operators and manufacturing technicians to build UI workflows.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration on software architecture and test strategy.
- Contribute to recruiting and interviewing efforts as the team scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer.
- Strong proficiency with React JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with relational/SQL databases like Postgres.
- Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and backend services.
- Comfortable working in Linux and managing source control with Git.
- Experience deploying backend services to cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
