Responsibilities
- Develop the ServiceNow enterprise architecture vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead architectural decisions for complex, multi-workstream ServiceNow implementations.
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and cross-platform integrations.
- Design user experiences using Next Experience UI, Mobile capabilities, and Virtual Agent.
- Develop integration architectures using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and API frameworks.
- Implement AI-powered and hyperautomation solutions using Now Assist, Natural Language Understanding, Predictive Intelligence, RPA Hub, and Process Optimization.
- Establish architecture governance, Centre of Excellence frameworks, platform standards, and technical best practices.
- Guide implementation teams, lead technical discovery workshops and architecture reviews, and mentor team members.
- Research ServiceNow capabilities and conduct architecture assessments and optimization reviews.
Requirements
- 14+ years of enterprise IT experience with 7+ years specifically in ServiceNow architecture.
- Experience leading at least two large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience architecting across ServiceNow products including Risk & Compliance and Customer Service Management; experience with GRC, SPM, and PSDS is preferred.
- Deep ServiceNow platform architecture expertise, including Now Platform App Engine, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Service Graph CMDB, Now Intelligence and AI capabilities, Performance Analytics, and Next Experience UI Framework.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript, plus experience with REST/SOAP web services and modern integration patterns.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications across multiple products, including CIS-RC.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification; additional relevant product certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, team leadership, mentoring, and change management skills.
