Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy, architecture, and development for partner and platform experience systems across devices and integrations.
- Drive complex technical initiatives spanning multiple studios or an entire mission.
- Unify fragmented approaches, retire duplicative systems, and establish shared standards and platforms.
- Define and influence technical strategy across organizational boundaries and support senior engineers in executing it.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design leaders to identify shared opportunities and reduce duplication.
- Shape AI-native software development workflows and capabilities.
Requirements
- Deep experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems serving users at scale.
- Strong track record of technical leadership, architectural influence across teams, and organizational change.
- Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problem spaces and identify high-leverage technical investments.
- Commitment to reliable, high-quality user experiences powered by data and personalization.
- Active exploration of AI-driven improvements to software development and team workflows.
- Thoughtful, collaborative, inclusive approach to team culture.
