Responsibilities
- Own the application architecture, technical roadmap, architecture principles, standards, and governance.
- Review and approve solution designs, platform upgrades, enhancement requests, and deployment strategies.
- Guide application maintenance, production support, major incident investigations, root-cause remediation, and operational readiness.
- Drive reliability, performance, maintainability, modernization, monitoring, observability, alerting, automation, disaster recovery, and business continuity improvements.
- Lead cloud architecture reviews, platform optimization, infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and cloud-native adoption.
- Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD improvement, release automation, automated testing, code-quality controls, engineering metrics, and secure software development.
- Ensure architecture meets security, compliance, audit, regulatory, resilience, scalability, and cost-efficiency requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to delivery and support teams and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with AWS and microservices.
- Experienced Technical Architect capable of providing technical leadership across enterprise application landscapes.
- Experience with architecture governance, technical roadmaps, production operations, application support, and enhancement delivery.
- Knowledge of cloud operations, cloud platform engineering, DevSecOps, CI/CD, deployment reliability, and automation-first practices.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Understanding of security reviews, threat assessments, vulnerability remediation, secure software development, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to guide delivery, support, business, and product stakeholders and enforce architecture and engineering standards.
