Responsibilities

  • Complete cross-functional rotations across areas such as AI/ML, cloud, business intelligence, software development, and product management.
  • Support the development and delivery of enterprise technology solutions, products, and services.
  • Analyze data and business requirements to identify insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on customer experience, operational performance, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve complex challenges and deliver solutions.
  • Apply Agile ways of working to support project execution, product delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Build relationships with Bell leaders, mentors, and industry experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM or business-related field, or a college/CEGEP diploma or post-graduate certificate completed before the program start date and no earlier than three years before the application date.
  • Less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding previous internship experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, customer focus, initiative, accountability, and leadership potential.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and adapt in rotational, cross-functional environments.
  • Understanding of data technologies and analytics tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, Tableau, or Python.
  • Foundational experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and understanding of AI/ML concepts, models, and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of software development principles, programming, DevOps practices, and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile product or project delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or Kanban.
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
