Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure end-to-end ServiceNow Order Management and SOMT solutions.
- Implement order capture, decomposition, orchestration plans, fulfillment task flows, status tracking, milestones, and jeopardy handling.
- Configure telecom product catalogs, product offerings, specifications, product-to-service mappings, product models, and account models.
- Develop JavaScript scripts, business rules, script includes, ACLs, and scoped applications using OMT best practices.
- Support catalog and order data migration, environment setup, update set or pipeline deployment, and release activities.
- Triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and support SIT, UAT, and hypercare.
- Configure or support CSM case management, account and product models, agent experiences, portals, and CLM processes.
- Build integrations using IntegrationHub and TMF APIs with CRM, billing, CPQ, and order management systems.
- Implement automation with Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Now Assist.
- Support CPQ-related order eligibility and pricing processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow OMT/SOMT development and configuration experience is required.
- In-depth knowledge of order capture, decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment, and telecom product catalogs is required.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, scripting, and scoped application development is required.
- Working knowledge of CSM, CLM, product model, and account model concepts is required.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and Flow Designer automation is required.
- Knowledge of the Configure Price Quote concept is required.
- ServiceNow CSA and SOMT Accreditation certifications are mandatory.
- Telecommunications experience, telecom product catalog management, CPQ integration, Playbooks, Now Assist, ATF automated testing, ServiceNow CAD, and CIS-CSM are preferred.
