Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution, and delivery of enterprise Crew Technology solutions for crew records, qualifications, scheduling, training, compliance, and workforce management.
- Design and deliver complex features across the technology stack, owning major product areas and architecting scalable solutions.
- Lead API and event-driven integrations with operational systems, regulatory applications, enterprise platforms, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, product, architecture, business, and operational stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Lead unit, integration, and system testing while partnering with QA teams on end-to-end solution quality.
- Coordinate with cloud infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications.
- Drive application modernization involving web technologies, cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and improve engineering practices, code quality, and delivery momentum.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, and cross-team commitments across multiple workstreams.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology integrations supporting Crew Operations and Inflight business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, enterprise application delivery, and system integration.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications in an Agile environment.
- Experience with .NET, Angular, web application development, API integrations, cloud technologies, enterprise software platforms, and scalable distributed applications.
- Knowledge of application security, resiliency, monitoring, performance optimization, regulated environments, and compliance requirements.
- Preferred experience includes AWS, crew or workforce-management systems, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, JSON, XML, OAuth, automated testing, version control, databases, and data integration technologies.
- Preferred experience includes Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, airline operations, legacy modernization, cloud migration, FAA requirements, and third-party airline operational systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, documentation, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- AWS or cloud-related certifications and SAFe Agile certification are preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
