Base Salary
$115k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer and operate SWIFT infrastructure in the public cloud for the Payment Orchestration and Execution Platform.
- Support global payment rails including SWIFT cross-border payments, CHAPS, SEPA, and T2.
- Analyze existing software implementations, identify improvements, and estimate timelines for new features.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products.
- Maintain team process documentation, best practices, and software runbooks.
- Manage competing priorities and build trusted partnerships with peers, product leaders, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 2–3 years of experience with SWIFT AMH, Alliance Gateway, or equivalent systems.
- Experience with shell scripting or modern programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with version control, continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools in a DevOps environment.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience in financial services or fintech.
- Preferred hands-on experience with AWS services including CloudWatch, EC2, ECS, IAM, and KMS.
- Preferred experience with GitLab, Terraform or CloudFormation, IBM MQ, PostgreSQL or Oracle, and Linux systems engineering.
