Base Salary
$200 - $275/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop the overall content architecture and evolve documentation as Modal introduces products and features.
- Create novel documentation formats and delivery channels to improve agent productivity in collaboration with the Agent DX research team.
- Develop content standards, style guides, and automated enforcement mechanisms for consistent, high-quality documentation.
- Build and maintain automated pipelines that verify code examples and prose descriptions.
- Collaborate with engineers across the company to author clear, consistent, and correct documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an engineering, product, or developer relations role, ideally in developer tools or infrastructure.
- Experience authoring or editing high-quality technical content for developers.
- Knowledge of agentic engineering workflows and best practices.
- Comfort with modern software development practices, including version control, CI/CD, and testing.
