Base Salary
$115k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop production agentic integrations in Python using multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources.
- Build agentic tools and workflows with PydanticAI, LangGraph, and DeepAgents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cyber analysts to identify operational automation opportunities.
- Design and implement real-time analytics pipelines using Apache Kafka for stream processing and Elasticsearch for indexing and querying.
- Maintain and troubleshoot a production-grade agentic platform.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with an additional four years of experience accepted as a substitute.
- At least three years of software development experience with strong Python proficiency.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications serving hundreds to thousands of users.
- Experience developing resilient, scalable stream-processing applications with modern messaging and event-streaming platforms.
- Experience using AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
- U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
- Applicants selected must obtain or maintain a government security clearance.
