Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and deploy production-ready AI applications and systems using cloud AI services and generative AI models.
- Design and maintain scalable AI pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Integrate AI solutions into production systems with robust quality and reliability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and support the technical development of junior professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in Generative AI is additionally stated.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models, and Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience developing and deploying AI models in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks, and AI model optimization.
- Experience designing AI pipelines and integrating AI solutions into production systems.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI design, multi-agent orchestration, RAG architecture, chatbots, and natural language processing.
- Insurance domain knowledge, including underwriting, claims, and policies, is required.
