Base Salary

$125k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship full-stack features that improve member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Develop and maintain frontend applications using modern web technologies.
Build, maintain, and optimize APIs and infrastructure for acquisition funnels, e-commerce experiences, and membership growth experiments.
Break down requirements, prioritize work, and deliver consistently on sprint commitments.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve platform reliability, quality, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with engineering peers on best practices.
Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers.

2–4 years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and React.
Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality, user-focused products in an iterative, data-driven environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design teams.
