Base Salary
$160k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain user-facing applications, reusable UI components, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and platform integrations.
- Develop shared platform capabilities and contribute to logical and physical data models.
- Partner with product and design to shape requirements and translate them into clear technical designs.
- Support gradual rollouts, feature flags, issue triage, defect resolution, and project completion.
- Improve developer tooling, CI/CD, automated testing, logging, metrics, and telemetry.
- Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, documentation, and a strong engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience building data-rich platforms or products.
- At least 3 years of SQL experience using complex queries against large datasets.
- At least 3 years of Python and/or TypeScript experience.
- Experience building modern web applications and reusable UI components with React and TypeScript.
- Strong SQL skills, familiarity with data modeling, data management, and data warehouse concepts.
- Experience developing applications on Azure or comparable cloud environments, with Git and DevOps practices.
- Experience with enterprise-level, production-quality Python software and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or Azure Event Grid is a plus.
- A Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Interest in finance and building efficient, user-focused products.

- Hybrid work arrangement with 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval.
- Base salary range of $160,000.00-$165,000.00 plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
