Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance SaaS web applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and product owners to solve complex business challenges and improve technical practices.
- Translate user stories into solutions, write clean code, and document technical specifications from design through deployment.
- Mentor teammates and promote coding, security, and development best practices.
- Support critical systems through release deployments and an off-hours on-call rotation every three to four months.
- Travel occasionally, up to 15%, for company events, workshops, and conferences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Deep expertise in web application development using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, RESTful services, MS SQL Server/T-SQL, Pub/Sub, and object-oriented design.
- Experience developing high-volume, transactional SaaS web applications, including T-SQL and SQL Server performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud solutions, Kubernetes environments, and microservices architecture.
- Preferred experience with .NET 8.0+, ASP.NET Web API, LINQ, Dapper, test-driven development, real-time financial systems, automated unit testing, and UML/use-case business modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline required; master's degree preferred.
